We're recruiting experienced Boilermakers and Fabricators to join established manufacturing businesses across the Gold Coast and Yatala regions.These roles offer a mix of fabrication, welding, assembly and workshop-based production work, with opportunities ranging from skilled tradespeople with 2+ years' experience through to senior boilermakers.
About the Roles

• Fabrication and welding of industrial components and assemblies
• TIG and MIG welding across a variety of materials
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Work from production schedules and job specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery
• General fabrication duties including marking out, grinding, drilling and finishing
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
• Support and mentor apprentices or junior tradespeople where required

About You

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker
• Minimum 2 years' fabrication and welding experience
• Experience with TIG and/or MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work within a team environment
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass or other specialised materials highly regarded
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential
