Your new role
We are seeking experienced Painter Blasters or Painter Blaster Trades Assistants to join our client's Mackay workshop team. Working a Monday to Friday roster, commencing at 6:00am, you will be responsible for preparing, blasting and painting hydraulic components and equipment to a high standard. This is a hands-on workshop-based role offering consistent hours, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to develop your skills with a respected local employer.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting
  • Ability to work safely and effectively within a workshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable work ethic and willingness to be part of a team
  • Ability to successfully complete a Police Check
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport (desirable)
  • Relevant trade qualification (for Trade Qualified applicants)
