About the Role
As an APS4 Participant Support Officer, you will:
- Support participants and stakeholders through a variety of enquiries and requests.
- Conduct assessments and review participant information.
- Manage workflows and case allocations.
- Make outbound calls to participants, providers and stakeholders.
- Resolve moderately complex matters in accordance with policy and legislation.
- Undertake research, reporting and administrative activities.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
About You
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of NDIA and the disability sector
- Knowledge of confidentiality, privacy and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to understand and support the participant's journey.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and NDIA business systems.
- You'll be a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is essential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Federal Government clearances.
