We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a busy finance team for 36 months.

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a 36-month contract, commencing as soon as possible.Your new companyThis organisation is seeking additional support following a recent resignation within the finance team. Joining a collaborative and high-performing environment, you'll work alongside a small team of finance professionals and partner closely with operational stakeholders across the business.Your new roleReporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through effective financial management and stakeholder engagement.Your responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Delivering financial analysis and providing commercial insights to stakeholders
• Leading budget and forecast discussions with business units
• Month-end processes, including journals and financial reporting
• Responding to stakeholder finance queries and providing trusted advice
• Supporting business-as-usual finance activities while contributing to upcoming project work
• Building strong relationships across the organisation to support informed decision-making

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant
• Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
