An established and well-regarded medical practice in coastal Queensland is looking to welcome a GP to its experienced team following the retirement and relocation of several doctors.

With an established patient base, experienced GP team and strong nursing support, this is an opportunity to join a friendly, community-focused practice where doctors are genuinely supported and valued.

The Opportunity

• Full-time or part-time – choose what works for you
• $180 per hour initial guarantee
• Unfellowed GPs: 60% of billings
• Fellowed GPs: 65% of billings
• Mixed billing, at the doctor's discretion
• No weekend or public holiday work
• Established team of 5 GPs
• Dedicated nursing support
• Best Practice software
• Opportunity to develop and grow special interests, including skin
• Established patient base with strong demand
• Doctors currently earning approximately $30,000–$70,000 per month, depending on hours worked and special interests
