Partnering with leaders, you'll recruit a diverse range of roles, develop proactive talent pipelines and provide trusted recruitment advice, all while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

The Role:

• Partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio of brands to recruit leadership, specialist & support roles 
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build proactive talent pipelines that support business growth, internal mobility and diverse hiring outcomes.
• Provide market insights and strategic recruitment advice to leaders, helping them make informed hiring decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, efficiency and the overall talent experience.

Experience & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years' Recruitment experience within an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
• Proven success recruiting leadership or specialist roles within a fast-paced, high-volume or multi-site business.
• Strong sourcing capability with experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates across competitive markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships and manage competing priorities.
• Experience working within retail, FMCG, logistics, consumer services or another large-scale customer-focused environment will be highly regarded.
