Your new role
Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for both Intermediate and Senior Accountants.Working closely with clients and senior staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies and SMSFs
• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across various industries, including healthcare
• Providing business advisory and tax compliance support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
• Attending client meetings and acting as a trusted point of contact
• Assisting with workflow management and mentoring junior team members (Senior Accountant)

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years' experience (Intermediate) or 4+ years' experience (Senior) within public practice accounting
• CA or CPA commenced, completed or working towards completion
• Strong tax and business services compliance knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and building trusted relationships
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting software
