End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse employee workforce. Managing payroll queries and providing high-quality customer service to employees and stakeholders. Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and policies. Maintaining employee records and payroll data integrity. Supporting payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities. Collaborating with a small and supportive payroll team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and payroll best practice.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with ADP will be highly regarded.The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.What you'll get in return
