Your New Role
As Property AssetCoordinator/ Fire Safety Coordinator , you will manage fire safety compliance,emergency management planning and fire protection asset maintenance acrossCouncil facilities.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• Managing fire safety contracts and compliance activities
• Maintaining emergency and evacuation plans
• Coordinating inspections and maintenance of fire protection systems
• Facilitating fire warden training and emergency drills
• Monitoring compliance with AS 3745 and AS 1851
• Supporting fire safety risk management and asset maintenance strategies
• What You'll Need to Succeed
• Experience in fire safety, facilities, property or asset management
• Strong knowledge of AS 3745 and AS 1851
• Experience managing contractors and service providers
• Understanding of fire safety compliance and emergency preparedness
• Current C Class Driver's Licence

A qualification inproperty, building, engineering, project management or asset management will behighly regarded.
