Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering key infrastructure and subdivision projects across Adelaide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor / Leading Hand with a strong background in SA Water assets, stormwater, sewer and subdivision works to join their team.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee crews on site, coordinate daily works and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your new role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will take ownership of daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can lead crews from the front while remaining actively involved in site works when required. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating site crews and subcontractors
• Delivering SA Water, sewer, stormwater and subdivision works
• Maintaining safety, quality and programme requirements
• Operating plant and equipment where required
• Leading by example and contributing to site works alongside the crew
• Liaising with project stakeholders and reporting site progress

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
• Strong background in SA Water infrastructure, stormwater, sewer and subdivision projects
• Ability to manage and motivate site crews
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to work alongside the team
• Plant tickets highly regarded, particularly Excavator and Loader
• Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
