This relaunch represents more than a reopening - it is the revival of a landmark venue within one of Australia’s most dynamic hospitality groups.

We Are Looking For
A proven hospitality leader who:

• Has strong experience as a Restaurant Manager in premium, medium-volume venues
• Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership
• Is deeply guest-centric and understands the difference between service and true HOSPITALITY
• Builds culture, accountability and team loyalty
• French speaking or familiar with French language – preferred
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-dimensional environments
