We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a great attitude to join our innovative client as a General Factory Labourer.

At our clients thriving factory, they manufacture high-quality stainless steel inserts and lids for pool skimmer boxes. You would be working in a close-knit team that prides themselves on having a positive, supportive work culture that everyone, from the General Manager to floor staff, embraces. They care deeply about their people, and are committed to providing training, growth opportunities, and a fun, rewarding work environment.

• Enjoy rotating shifts Rotating Weekly (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) (38 hours/week).

The Role:
As a General Factory Labourer in the packaging area, you’ll play a key role in assembling and packaging products to ensure they meet high standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:

• Assembling boxes and inserting products, along with necessary items like instructions and glue.
• Cleaning the products with a cloth before they’re packed.
• Working with your teammates to meet individual and team KPIs, ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of production.
• Moving around the packaging area, contributing to the overall flow of operations.
• Unloading incoming materials from containers.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for candidates with the right attitude—no prior factory experience required! You’ll need:

• A great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic (we value longevity and stability in employment).
• The ability to stay on your feet and move around the packaging area throughout the day.
• A team-focused mindset and the ability to meet individual and team KPIs.
