Qualified Baker with all round skills wanted by Johnsons Bakery, Parkes. Fair Work National Employment Standard.

• $80,000 pa/ Cert III qualified with 3 years experience for Full time position with early starts.
• Mix, kneed, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products;
• Mix, rest and bake full range of breads;
• Construction and baking of pastries, cakes and slices;
• Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed;
• Apply fillings, icings and decorations as needed and to special order cakes;
