An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structures Foreman to join the site leadership team on a high-profile mixed-use development featuring luxury residential towers, premium retail offerings and extensive public realm works.
Working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager and Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structure delivery from basement through to top-out, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
This project is about to commence and offers long-term stability with over 7 years of secured work ahead.Your new role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all structural trades and subcontractors
• Coordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tension activities
• Driving construction programmes and weekly work fronts
• Delivering high-quality outcomes in line with project specifications
• Managing site safety, toolbox talks and daily pre-starts
• Monitoring productivity and identifying programme risks
• Working closely with consultants and the project delivery team
• Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Trade qualification preferred
