Internal Sales

Love speaking with customers and keeping sales moving? We're recruiting an Internal Sales professional for a business in the consumer electronics sector. This role suits someone who enjoys customer contact, sales support and solving the little problems that make a big difference to service.

You'll handle enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and work closely with the external sales team to support customers and uncover new opportunities.

What you'll do

• Speak with customers by phone and email, responding to enquiries and following up on orders

• Prepare accurate quotes and pricing

• Process orders and help resolve product or delivery queries

• Proactively contact customers and identify further sales opportunities

• Work across multiple systems and databases to keep information accurate

What you'll bring

• Experience in internal sales or sales support

• Confidence picking up the phone and building rapport with customers

• Confidence using Excel and a willingness to learn more advanced functions, such as VLOOKUPs, if you haven't used them before

• Strong IT skills and the ability to find your way around different systems, including some that are less than seamless

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

You'll be based onsite in Murarrie while you learn the role and systems. Once fully functional, there's scope to work from home 1-2 days per week.

Salary: up to $85,000 + super for the right candidate.
