About the Role

We are partnering with a growing commercial construction business seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their North Brisbane team.

You’ll work across a diverse pipeline of commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects, typically ranging from $500K to $5M in value. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of your projects rather than becoming another number within a large corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, variations and project documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement, letting packages and subcontractor agreements.
  • Assess progress claims, variations and project costs throughout delivery.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
  • Support projects from pre-construction through delivery and completion.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant construction, building or commercial qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator position.
  • Experience across commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and cost management.
  • Confident communication skills with contractors, suppliers and project teams.

Salary & Benefits

  • $140,000–$160,000 + Super
  • North Brisbane office location.
