About the Role
We are partnering with established civil contractors delivering a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects throughout Southeast Queensland and regional Queensland.

Due to continued project wins and secured workloads, we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for multiple opportunities across local SEQ, FIFO and regional projects, with relocation options available for candidates looking to make a longer-term move.

Projects span TMR road upgrades, water infrastructure, FRP works, piling, subdivisions, bulk earthworks and major civil infrastructure, giving you the opportunity to build experience across technically diverse projects while joining contractors with strong forward workloads.

As a Civil Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving day-to-day construction activities on site. You'll lead crews and subcontractors, coordinate plant and resources, manage multiple work fronts and work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects safe, productive and on program.

• $160,000–$200,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations across civil and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and equipment.
• Manage construction sequencing and multiple work fronts against program.
• Maintain site compliance across safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Work with Engineers and Project Managers to achieve project milestones.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Exposure to TMR, Water, FRP, Piling, Earthworks or Subdivision projects.
• Strong experience coordinating crews, subcontractors and site resources.
• Sound knowledge of civil construction methods and HSEQ requirements.
• Ability to manage site priorities and maintain productivity against program
