- Supervise site operations across civil projects.
- Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and plant resources.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct pre starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and suppliers.
- Maintain site documentation and daily reports.
- Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.
- Background in bulk earthworks and excavation
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and site crews.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
- Australian working rights.
- Up to $160,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle.
