Your New Role
As the Digital and Social Communications Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting digital communications, social media and marketing initiatives across a range of programs, services and events.
About the Role

• Assisting with the delivery of digital marketing and communications campaigns
• Managing and updating website and digital content through content management systems
• Supporting social media activity, content planning and community engagement
• Writing and editing content for websites, social media, EDM, brochures and publications
• Coordinating advertising bookings across digital and traditional media channels
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance
• Providing administrative support, including financial processing, forecasting and record keeping
• Supporting broader communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement activities as required

About you

• Experience in digital communications, marketing, social media or a similar role
• Strong written communication, copywriting and editing skills
• Experience managing website content and digital platforms
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practice and content creation
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline is desirable
