Job Description
- Coordinate property maintenance and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage lease agreements and liaise with landlords and tenants as needed.
- Oversee property budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
- Ensure timely resolution of property-related issues and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support property-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of property assets and documentation.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements related to property management.
- Monitor and report on property performance and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Coordinator should have:
- A solid understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Experience in the transport and distribution industry is advantageous.
