Chef - catering

RISE NOW PTY LTD t/a Ambrosia Catering and Event Hire in Western Australia, is looking for a full-time Chef to join our dynamic team with a dedication to deliver heart-warming cuisine catering for each special event or function.***********************************> Duties will include:

1. Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu;
2. Preparation of contemporary style dishes;
3. Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Managers;
4. Ordering food and kitchen supplies;
5. Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers;
6. Demonstration and training of cooking techniques to employees;
7. Involvement in the selection process of potential employees;
8. Preservation of food;
9. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
10. Staff rostering;
11. Menu costing.

Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus one years of full-time post-qualification experience in the relevant position; OR at least 3 years of experience as a Chef. Please send CV
