About the Job

Our client is a well-known purpose-led organisation seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the development of an organisation-wide communications strategy and establish a scalable communications framework across the business.

This is a hands-on strategic communications role ideal for someone who enjoys building communications frameworks, stakeholder engagement, campaign planning, and multi-channel communications strategy. You’ll work across internal and external communications initiatives, creating a repeatable blueprint that ensures consistent messaging and execution across campaigns, events and business-wide initiatives.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity with an immediate start.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing an organisation-wide communications strategy aligned to business and brand objectives
• Creating a communications blueprint and planning framework that can be adopted across the organisation
• Establishing channel strategies across digital, social, email, events and stakeholder communications
• Building integrated campaign plans for both internal and external audiences
• Consolidating fragmented communications approaches into a consistent operating model
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand and engagement teams

About You

We’re looking for a senior communications professional who can quickly assess an organisation’s current state and build a practical, scalable communications strategy.

You’ll likely bring:

• 6-8+ years’ experience in communications, corporate affairs or communications strategy
• Experience developing organisation-wide communications frameworks and plans
• Strong capability across both internal and external communications
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience managing communications across multiple channels and audience groups
• Strong writing, planning and campaign development capabilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes quickly
