We’re looking for an organised, people‑focused Property Manager to join a well‑established team in the Canberra region. If you enjoy building strong tenant and landlord relationships, staying on top of your portfolio, and keeping things running smoothly, this role offers a great mix of autonomy and support.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a residential property portfolio

• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals

• Providing clear, professional communication to landlords and tenants

• Ensuring compliance with ACT legislation and agency processes

• Working closely with a supportive team to deliver great service

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Solid organisational habits and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• A positive, solutions‑focused approach

• ACT Certificate of Registration with at least 1-2 years experience
