The company

Starting out 25 years ago the directors never wanted to be the biggest in Sydney. They just want to build well for a solid group of repeat clients and train and develop motivated people. Over the years the company has grown to employ around 30 people and built projects across most sectors of commercial with a focus on heritage, Gov’t facilities and office fit-out and refurbishment.

The projects they tend to focus on are those that are unique and challenging in the $1M-$10M range and occasionally larger. They thrive on the challenge of building projects that are both aesthetically pleasing and practically functional.

They have won many MBA awards over the years and continually impress their clients with the quality of their service.

They are a close team who work hard but also enjoy success and assist each other in all stages of the construction process. There are no egos here and no time consuming and unnecessary processes. Construction is tough enough without complicating the process or working with difficult people.

The Person they are looking for

• Trade and / or tertiary qualifications in Construction
• A strong portfolio of commercial projects
• Strong experience managing all trades from structure through finishes
• Excellent knowledge of Safety systems
• Experience using Procore
