Ranger

Our client is a local council North of the river seeking a Ranger to join their team.

This position is a temporary contract with potential opportunities across Perth for permanent full-time for the right candidate. 
Job Description:

• Dog and cat management experience including investigation, impoundments, and issuing infringements
• Have a working knowledge of the Local Government Act, Dog Act, and relevant Council Local Laws and policies
• Handle the enforcement of Local Laws, including breach investigation, prosecution, and court appearances
• Work effectively under pressure, both as a member of a team and individually with minimal supervision
• Monitor parking notices and issuing infringement notices

 Qualifications

• Current "C" Class Driver's License
• National Police Check
• Completion of, or progression towards, a ROCS 1 and 2 (or relevant experience)
