Retail Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled qualified and skilled Retail Manager to join our team at Camen Jewellers Joondalup. The position is full-time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $79,500 + superannuation will be offered.

Duties:

• Overseeing and managing the daily store operations.
• Creating business and marketing strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and increase profitability.
• Supervising customer service staff, technicians, and support employees to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Planning and preparing work schedules for staff and service appointments for clients
• Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Organise special promotions, displays and events.
• Appropriately manage issues that arise from staff or customers to uphold high standard of service quality.
• Providing recommendations on appliance repairs, maintenance, and replacement options tailored to customer needs and budgets.
• Provide product recommendations and sell goods to customers according to their needs or wants.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering of merchandise and stock as needed.
• Keep records of financial transactions and manage store budget.
• Achieve sale goals by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analysing variances.
• Ensure staff comply with established store security level, as well as sales and record keeping procedures and practices.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Hold relevant qualification
