Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and marking machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are met
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Identify and report machine faults, product defects and safety concerns
• Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with workplace standards
• Participate in team meetings, toolbox talks and training sessions
• Follow all company procedures, quality requirements and safety policies

About You

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills and confidence using workplace systems
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
