Civil Labourers | Hervey Bay | QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE  is currently seeking Civil Labourers  for our clients’ civil construction projects based in across  Hervey Bay QLD. 

These roles offer immediate starts, supporting a range of civil construction activities including earthworks, infrastructure installation and general site labouring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with earthworks and excavation activities.
• Site preparation and general site clean-up.
• Assisting operators and trades on site.
• Following site safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Current Drivers Licence.
• Blue/White Construction card.
• Proven experience as a civil labourer.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.

What We Can Offer

• Pay: $41.44/hr - 42.76/hr + Penalties (rates are inclu of travel)
• Competitive salary based on experience.
