The Role

• Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) on heavy structural steel
• Welding and fabrication of large steel structures and components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Complete structural welding to required specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Marking, cutting, shaping and assembly as required
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety

What You Need

• Proven Flux Core / FCAW welding experience
• Strong structural steel welding background
• Heavy fabrication or industrial experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with large steel structures and components
• Strong safety mindset
• Relevant welding qualifications and experience
