This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you’ll manage your own caseload, build strong relationships with clients and communities, and deliver therapy that is outcomes-focused and truly valued.

The Role:

• As part of our experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Join a high-performing team of Occupational Therapists 

• Travel across the Northern Territory supporting rural and regional communities 

• Deliver assessments and therapy services to clients who genuinely need access to care 

• Work collaboratively alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals 

• Enjoy structured outreach travel with no last-minute scheduling 

• Be supported by an experienced OT Team Leader who champions your growth and wellbeing 

Your Work Week:

We believe great clinicians need balance.

Enjoy a structured 4-day work week:

• Fridays off every week 

• Mondays are dedicated “Ground Days” for admin, planning, collaboration, PD, and team connection 

• Work from home or from the office on Ground Days 

• 3 outreach days per week focused on quality care, not rushed appointments 

• Overnight travel required (maximum 2 nights per week)

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications in Occupational Therapy 

• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility) 

• Applicants eligible through Mutual Recognition pathways encouraged to apply 

• A willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays 

• A current full driver’s licence
