An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established, mixed-billing medical practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a key leadership role within a growing healthcare business, offering the opportunity to drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing administration team, and contribute to future growth initiatives.
 
About the Role
Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy GP clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance, compliance standards, and an exceptional patient experience.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations
• Manage reception and administration teams
• Recruitment, onboarding and staff development
• Medicare billing and compliance oversight
• Accreditation and governance management
• Improve systems, processes and workflow efficiency
• Manage rostering and operational performance
• Support a positive patient and staff experience

 
About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Previous Practice Manager experience within General Practice
• Strong Medicare and MBS knowledge
• Experience leading administration and reception teams
• Accreditation and compliance experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
