Job Description

• • Manage CAPEX accounting for major infrastructure and development projects
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and asset capitalisation
  • Maintain and analyse the fixed asset register
  • Manage depreciation, disposals and asset integrations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly CAPEX reporting packs
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Assist with management reporting and financial analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to track project spend, budgets and timelines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

• CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
• 5+ years' accounting experience
• Strong CAPEX accounting experience
• Experience managing WIP, asset capitalisation and fixed assets
• Experience supporting large-scale projects and capital investments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
