Looking for a Senior Property Management role with flexibility, autonomy and less time on the road?

We’re working with a well-established agency in Maroochydore seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage an established residential portfolio in a predominantly office-based role.

What’s on Offer

• Up to $100,000 + Super
• 2 days WFH per week - after onboarding
• Monday to Friday – no weekends
• Office-based
• No routine inspections
• Established portfolio of approx. 200 properties
• Strong systems and supportive team
• Great Maroochydore location

The Role

• Manage landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinate maintenance and contractors
• Manage arrears and tenancy compliance
• Prepare notices and tenancy documentation
• Attend tribunal hearings when required
• Deliver a high level of client service

About You

• Experienced residential Property Manager
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confident managing your own portfolio
• Proactive and solutions-focused
