Job Description
- Provide HSE support and advice across operations.
- Conduct audits, site/vessel inspections and identify hazards.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with IMS, ISO45001 & ISO14001.
- Manage risk registers, incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training and complete pre‑mobilisation checks.
- Liaise with clients on HSE requirements and prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE records, analyse performance data and support continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential).
- Audit, investigation or training qualifications (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years' HSE experience, ideally in marine or operational environments.
- A safety‑focused professional with strong HSE knowledge and experience in audits, risk management and incident investigation.
- Confident in communicating and influencing safe behaviours across diverse teams and clients.
- Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
