Build Practical Administration Experience in an Education Environment
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Intern to join our Perth-based education team and provide administrative support to the LMS Administrator and wider office operations.
A key part of the internship will involve assisting with the creation, organisation and maintenance of courses and learning materials within Canvas LMS.
 
This opportunity is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to develop practical experience in administration, education support, data entry and digital systems within a professional Australian workplace.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the LMS Administrator
  • Assist with creating and setting up courses in Canvas LMS
  • Upload and organise course materials, documents and learning resources
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
  • Update course information and administrative documentation
  • Assist with organising files, folders and online resources
  • Review information for accuracy and consistency
  • Support general office and education administration activities
  • Assist with preparing documents, spreadsheets and internal records
  • Liaise with team members regarding administrative requirements
  • Complete other general administrative duties as required

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying or has recently completed a qualification in Business, Business Administration, Management, Education, Human Resources or a related field
  • Is interested in developing practical administrative experience
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Is confident using computers and online systems
  • Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills
  • Is reliable, organised and willing to learn
  • Can follow processes and instructions accurately
  • Is available to work on-site in East Cannington

Desirable Skills
Previous experience with Canvas LMS or another Learning Management System is beneficial but not essential, as guidance will be provided.
