YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to & being mentored by an industry-leading stand-out ACCREDITED SPECIALIST partner, you will love the stimulation+challenge+ satisfaction of working on complex medical negligence and other common law personal injury litigation cases obtaining justice for injured clients.
You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, briefs to counsel, file and diary management, time recording/billing and attending settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

 

  • an admitted lawyer in NSW;
  • have MINIMUM 12 months experience in medical negligence (essential) and any other areas of personal injury law (not essential);
  • have solid academics+ Microsoft Office skills;
  • have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced deadline driven environment;
  • are ambitious+ results-driven with a high work ethic;
  • have outstanding communication, time prioritisation+ people skills;
