YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER

In this UNIQUE 3-D role, being mentored by a top senior property/commercial lawyer, you will love the variety+challenge+ satisfaction of: 1)  managing your own residential property conveyancing files with the support of 2 conveyancing paralegals; and 2)  assisting your senior lawyer with large-scale complex commercial property development transactions plus commercial/retail/industrial leases plus sale/purchase of businesses. 

In particular you will be:

• doing property searches/enquiries, engaging in legal research, liaising with clients/other solicitors/banks/agents, preparing sale property/business sale contracts and leases, arranging/attending settlements.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are an admitted lawyer in NSW;
• have a minimum of 12 months (preferably MORE) proven HANDS-ON experience in residential property conveyancing [essential] managing your own files including PEXA experience;
• have some experience in leasing and/or sale+purchase of business [preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL];
• have strong time prioritisation+ communication/interpersonal skills;
• are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
• Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills;
• are willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city+ hungry to advance your career long-term with an impressive firm +improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
