YOUR NEW ROLE

As a KEY valued member of this cutting-edge nimble ‘smart’ law firm, reporting to/being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish the diversity engaging in interesting work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide.

Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own litigation practice/clients advising & resolving disputes relating to:

• Intellectual property- mainly trade marks;
• commercial issues- including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery, privacy law, defamation & employment law.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are an admitted solicitor;
• have a minimum of 4 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation (preferably including some intellectual property litigation);
• have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills;
• have an entrepreneurial spirit & willing to participate in business development/marketing and desire to be a key player in the business (not a mere number);
