This long-term program is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery, stakeholder engagement and program coordination across a complex and diverse portfolio of activities.
Your new role
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of a large-scale international development program. • Contributing to strategic discussions, policy engagement and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Developing high-quality briefs, reports, communications products and governance documentation.
  • Ensuring cross-cutting priorities such as safeguarding, climate integration, inclusion and locally led development are embedded throughout program delivery.

What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • An Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in governance, reporting, budgeting, risk management and contract administration.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to navigate complex operating environments and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports, briefs and strategic documentation.
  • Sound judgement, problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to delivery.
  • An understanding of development effectiveness, safeguarding, inclusion and climate-related programming.
  • Previous experience working with government-funded programs or within government environments will be highly regarded.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll have the opportunity to work on a meaningful and internationally significant program that delivers tangible outcomes across the region. You'll join a collaborative and purpose-driven team, engage with influential stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen resilience and preparedness in vulnerable communities.
