YOUR ROLE

In this KEY role, being mentored 1:1 by an outstanding multi-talented partner + being part of a vibrant A+ TPD/Super team, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their TPD [total permanent disability]/insurance claims.

You will have full carriage of your own files+ direct client relationships + have the support of 2 graduate lawyers.

You’ll enjoy the full-spectrum VARIETY of: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with super funds, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences+ mentoring juniors.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have minimum 2 years+ OR MORE  experience as a personal injury lawyer managing TPD/super/insurance claims from start to finish EITHER working in a law firm OR in-house for an insurer or super fund;
• have strong technical legal knowledge/skills+ client focused and deadline driven;
• have a high work ethic+ thrive in a vibrant, busy+ fast-paced environment;
