Support Consultant (AF8076)

Our client, a leading software company, is seeking a motivated Support Consultant to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Collaborate with the service and administration teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in dealership administration or similar administrative roles (essential)
