What you ll be doing

Partnering with management and business users to understand their needs, challenges and ideas.

Translating business requirements into clear, practical requirements and documentation for IT teams.

Working closely with developers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned.

Helping teams navigate change and supporting the delivery of new initiatives and improvements.

Getting involved across a variety of projects, systems and business areas

You re expertise is aligned with the following:

Experience in analysis and modelling of current and future business processes and information management environments

Analyse data related requirements, user pathways and information flows

Conduct stakeholder engagement activities, analyse customer requirements, and collaborate with technical specialists to develop solutions to business problems

Develop clear and concise documents including business requirements specifications, business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, and reports

Evaluate options for solutions and translate business requirements into techno-functional requirements

Analyse proposed solutions from a strategic viewpoint considering the broad ranging benefits and impacts across the organisation.
