Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, you'll join a small team and play a hands-on role in keeping the organisation's infrastructure secure and reliable

What you'll do

• Act as a technical specialist for infrastructure services and new solutions.
• Maintain and improve Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
• Provide Level 3 support for infrastructure and application platforms.
• Investigate complex issues, manage requests and recommend practical improvements.
• Document technical solutions and support change management.

What you'll bring

• Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, including Hyper-V and Nutanix.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Shell.
• Clear communication and a methodical approach to solving problems.
• Good understanding of on-premises networking, firewall solutions and backup technologies
• Awareness of ASD's Essential Eight security controls and DISP certification
• Linux/ RHEL and Ubuntu Operating System installation and administration is highly desirable
