Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and realisation of styling concepts for high-end hospitality and hotel projects, bringing each vision vividly to life with your creative craft.
  • Curate and source furniture, artwork, lighting, textiles, and decorative elements, ensuring every detail enhances the overall design narrative.
  • Prepare inspiring moodboards, visual presentations, and comprehensive styling proposals that communicate your unique vision.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, showrooms, and artisans to source bespoke pieces and manage sample requests, orders, and deliveries seamlessly from concept through to installation.
  • Coordinate styling logistics, manage schedules and budgets, and oversee onsite styling days, ensuring flawless project delivery.
  • Work closely with senior designers to refine the personality and tactile richness of each space, contributing to the studio’s reputation for thoughtfully curated environments.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior styling, interior design, or architecture, ideally within hospitality, hotel, or premium commercial sectors.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling moodboards, visual concepts, and presentations that resonate with high-end clients.
  • Strong eye for colour, texture, scale, and detail, with a passion for decorative styling and tactile design.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing furniture, finishes, artwork, and decorative accessories.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for learning and studio growth.
