Operating within a complex and commercially focused environment, the organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support and drive informed decision-making across a diverse stakeholder group. It is located north of the river and there are no work from home arrangements.
Your new role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Deliver variance analysis, management reporting and performance commentary.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes and reporting.
• Support capital planning, investment decisions and financial governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and business processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Significant experience in finance business partnering, management accounting or FP&A roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations will be highly regarded.
• No working from home
