As a member of our home and community care workforce, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial support and assistance to individuals in need. This role involves visiting clients in their own homes or in the community to help with daily activities, personal care, companionship, and more.

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
• Escorting clients to medical appointments or social outings
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition or well-being

• Previous experience in home and community care is desirable but not essential
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Full Australian Drivers License
• Current Police check and working with children check
