What Youll Do

As a Disability Support Worker or Youth Worker, youll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing active support and genuine connection
Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning
Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals
Promoting independence and helping develop life skills

What Youll Need

While formal qualifications are valued, theyre not essentialwere looking for the right attitude and a commitment to making a difference. To be eligible, you must have:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
NDIS Orientation Certificate
A valid drivers license and a registered, insured vehicle
Availability for at least two shifts per week
