ABOUT THE ROLE

Position: Secondary Maths Teacher
Location: Western Sydney, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable

The successful candidate will join a collaborative secondary teaching team and contribute to engaging and effective mathematics programs across Years 7–12.

THE IDEAL MATHS TEACHER WILL

• Hold relevant teaching qualifications (Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching)

• Be registered or eligible for registration with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice in Mathematics

• Be passionate about student-centred learning and academic achievement
• Have a DET number

• Build inclusive, respectful classroom environments that promote student wellbeing

• Be committed to supporting a diverse and multicultural student community
