About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flow Wrap Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based in Clayton South. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and has strong experience operating packaging machinery, completing changeovers and maintaining high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Flow Wrap and Propac packaging machines
• Complete product changeovers between SKUs
• Perform film and date code changes
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot faults
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
• Accurately pack finished products from the production line
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Work additional hours or weekends when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience operating Flow Wrap, Propac or similar packaging equipment
• Demonstrated experience completing machine changeovers
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
• Availability to work afternoon shift and occasional weekends
