Prospero Teaching Australia is proudly representing a well-established Catholic secondary college in Melbourne seeking an experienced Visual Communication Design (VCD) teacher for a full-time position, starting immediately.
About the Visual Communication Design (VCD) Teacher role:

• Full-time teaching load
• Teach Year 11 VCD Units 1 & 2 and Year 12 VCD Units 3 & 4
• Manage two Year 11 and two Year 12 VCD classes
• Support students to complete Unit 4 within a fast-paced 9-week term
• Lead a Homegroup as part of your role
• Position may be fixed term or ongoing

What the ideal candidate will bring:

• Current VIT registration or eligibility to teach in Victoria
• Experience teaching VCD at senior secondary level, preferably within a Catholic or independent school
• Strong subject expertise and passion for design education
• Excellent classroom management skills and ability to build rapport with students
• Ability to commence immediately to meet urgent teaching needs
